I wrote this for someone who I thought was my friend to sing. I wanted him to sing it because he really fancied himself good at this/ liked the subject matter, but I literally smoked a whole pack of cigarettes trying to get him to actually try. I had this labeled as a rough drift for a long time, because I thought I could edit the dude to sound better, but that ended up being impossible. Who is best at singing the song I wrote? Me I s'pose.
